If you need to update your shipping address, please contact us at  within 24 hours of placing your order. Once shipped, the address can’t be changed.

If your parcel arrives damaged, reject it if possible and contact us right away. If it was left at your location, please email us with photos so we can assist.

If tracking hasn’t updated or your order is delayed, don’t worry—this is often due to courier issues. Most packages still arrive within the estimated timeframe.
